Seeking Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for a responsible Assistant Property Manager to assist in overseeing direct management of an assigned residential property in Bristol, CT. The goal for this position is to maximize asset value, tenant satisfaction and revenue.

Responsibilities

 Work directly with the Property Manager to run the property efficiently
 Manage all aspects of the assigned property
 Oversee and inspect the maintenance team to ensure standards are met
 Maintain a positive, productive relationship with the tenants
 Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
 Collect receivable accounts and work with regional management to handle operating expenses
 Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
 Update job and market knowledge

Skills

 Proven work experience for 1+ years as assistant property manager
 Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
 Competency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
 Tenant focus and bottom line orientation
 Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
 Well organized with excellent time management skills'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
